11 Residents of Rizal, Kalinga Trained as Silk Reelers Under SEDA Pilipinas
11 residents from Rizal, Kalinga have completed a five-day training on Post-Silk Cocoon Processing (Reeling), providing them with the skills needed to become silk reelers.
